This position is a contract‑to‑hire opportunity at our Austin headquarters and offers a competitive salary with a robust incentive compensation plan. Responsibilities Lead Generation: Conduct outbound prospecting to identify potential customers through cold calling, emailing, social selling, and other outreach methods. This inside sales role requires outbound prospecting and presenting GXC’s Private Networks Solution to LTE & 5G prospects. Qualify Leads: Engage with inbound and outbound leads to qualify them based on specific criteria, ensuring they are a good fit for GXC’s Private Wireless SaaS Solution. Set Appointments: Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Sales Executives with sales‑qualified leads (SQL). Market & Target Research: Use tools and research methodologies to identify and collect contact details of potential prospects. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and customer challenges to better position our solutions. Collaborate: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and qualification. CRM Management: Accurately maintain and update all prospecting activities in the CRM system, ensuring clean data and detailed notes for follow‑up. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments set. Requirements and Skills Experience: 1‑2 years of experience in a sales or customer‑facing role, preferably in the SaaS or wireless industry. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Tools: Familiarity with CRM software, email automation tools, and other sales technologies. Strong verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills. Openness to learn and ability to process both positive and negative feedback. Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical audiences inside and outside the organization. Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills. Detail‑orientation with an ability to prioritize and meet aggressive goals. Additional Skills Experience with SaaS products or the tech industry. Demonstrated success in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Knowledge of wireless technologies using LTE, 5G, IoT, and connected solutions.
