Job Details:

\n

• Work 2 - 24 hour shifts per week
\n• 48 guaranteed hours per week
\n• 13-week contract length
\n• Every other weekend as needed with scheduled rotation
\n• Holidays as needed and available
\n• No on-call requirements
\n• May float to other locations in north and central regions based on staffing needs
\n• Must live within 50 miles of facility
\n• Required certifications: Wisconsin EMT Paramedic Certification, Active WI Driver's License, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, MI Paramedic Certification
\n• WI CCP (Critical Care Paramedic) Endorsement preferred
\n• Minimum 3 years experience preferred with IFT/Critical Care experience needed
\n• High School diploma and successful completion of EMS paramedic program required
\n• Training provided on Zoll EMS Charts platform
\n• Work in various crew configurations (EMT/Medic, Medic/Medic, RN/EMT, RN/Medic)
\n• Provide basic and advanced life support treatment and patient care
\n• Conduct ongoing patient assessment and documentation
\n• Interview patients, measure vital signs, and record chart information
\n• Prepare treatment rooms and assist with treatments and tests
\n• Must demonstrate collaborative teamwork skills and ability to work independently
\n• Must exhibit strong decision-making skills and ability to perform under stress
