Job Type: 2 Positions available Part-Time/Full-Time
Job title: Customer service associate at the UPS Store.

Job Summary: As an Associate at The UPS Store, you will be responsible for providing World class service
to our customers. You’ll assist with shipping, packing, printing, and various business services. This role
requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to help people solve problems.
We have 2 stores and the ideal candidate would be able to work shifts at both stores.

Responsibilities
 Greet and assist customers with a friendly and helpful demeanor
 Quick and accurate data entry
 Packing and Shipping items according to UPS Pack and Ship Guarantee Standards
 Operate point-of-sale system, process transactions, and handle cash.
 Assist with copy and print orders, copying, scanning and other document finishing services
 Working multiple computer systems including shipping software, Word, Excel, Adobe, and
emails
 Maintaining a clean and presentable work environment
 Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service.
 This is a fast-paced work environment where we are standing, lifting, bending and moving for
the majority of the shift
 Opening and closing shift responsibilities and weekends

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required or in process.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills, with experience in MS Office or similar software.
• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.

****Previous The UPS Store experience preferred

Benefits:
• hourly wage $16.50-$18/hour depending on experience
