  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide visibility into business performance.

  • Partner with product and business teams to drive consensus on definitions and standardization of metrics.

  • Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering to apply statistical and machine learning concepts to solve business problems.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on our data and analytics tools, and champion a data-driven culture across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence analyst, data scientist, or similar role.

  • Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.

  • Familiarity with data science concepts and machine learning techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • A proactive and curious mindset, with a passion for learning and a drive to solve complex problems.
