\n\t\n\t6-month temp-to-perm opportunity with a global industry leader
\n\t\n\tHybrid schedule: 9AM–5PM CT, (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
\n\t\n\tOpportunity to support Shared Services.
\n\t\n\tGain exposure working with international accounting, finance, and operations teams
\n\t\nHandling function-based accounting activities such as cash and banking, revenue deferrals, marketing, legal expenses, and depreciation
\n\t\n\tCompleting month-end close duties accurately and on time
\n\t\n\tCollaborating with accounting, finance, and operations partners across North America and globally
\n\t\n\tPreparing and reviewing reconciliations for various balance sheet accounts
\n\t\n\tInvestigating and communicating unreconciled items to the proper teams
\n\t\n\tWorking directly with internal and external auditors for audits and quarterly/annual reviews
\n\t\n\tIdentifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions
\n\t\n\tCompleting special accounting projects as assigned
\n\t\nA Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
\n\t\n\t3+ years of comparable accounting experience
\n\t\n\tStrong accounting background and critical thinking skills
\n\t\n\tHigh analytical ability with strong attention to detail
\n\t\n\tSelf-discipline, initiative, and motivation
\n\t\n\tSolid understanding of internal controls and segregation of duties
\n\t\n\tIntermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word
\n\t\n\tAbility to work effectively in two SAP systems
\n\t\n\tStrong communication skills (written and verbal)
\n\t\n\tExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities
\n\t\n\tAbility to analyze data, solve problems, and reach logical conclusions
\n\t\n\tAbility to build strong business relationships in a team environment
\n\t\nMBA or Master’s in Accounting
\n\t\n\tCPA Certification
\n\t\n\tERP experience—especially SAP or Oracle
\n\t\nClient: Luxottica (Shared Services)

\n\t\n\tEmployment Type: 6-month temp-to-perm
\n\t\n\tShift: 9AM–5PM Central
