You hold a bachelor’s degree and bring 5–10 years of recruitment experience across staffing agencies and in‑house general‑contractor roles.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and warm relationship maintenance.
Review resumes, manage applications, post new roles, and utilize recruiting platforms to match candidates to Power’s culture.
Screen candidates by evaluating technical construction knowledge and people skills via phone, video, or in‑person interviews.
Coordinate interviews across job sites and the main office to ensure a smooth experience for all stakeholders.
Maintain cloud‑based systems to track resumes, upload documents, and follow up promptly.
Adapt quickly when priorities shift and keep recruiting efforts moving forward.
Drive continuous improvement in the hiring experience by refining outreach, streamlining processes, and enhancing candidate interactions.
Network at industry events, conferences, and meetups to stay informed on market trends and build relationships.
Write clear, professional communications, including job postings, candidate outreach, and internal updates.
COMPENSATION DETAILS
Salary Range: $100,000 – $150,000
Base salary plus an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits details appear on the Benefits tab within the Careers section.
