Musician Synopsis : The position assists the Worship Leader and other team members in fulfilling the Worship Ministry vision by creating and executing powerful and moving worship experiences. Hours: Part Time as scheduled. Requirements: We require a committed Christian who is comfortable working in a church environment and aligned with our Christian Beliefs. Additional qualifications include: Love, support, and encourage fellow worship team members. Serve with a pastoring heart, focusing on worshiping God and helping others do the same. Communicate healthily and in a Christ-like manner. Be prepared to play music assigned at rehearsal, knowing the music/chords without relying on sheet music. Be punctual and arrive at least 15 minutes before rehearsal. Have instruments ready for service; inform the Music Director of equipment needs beforehand. Be flexible during rehearsals and open to constructive feedback. For mobile campuses, set up and break down equipment as needed. Clock in and out appropriately; communicate any issues. Adhere to scheduled times in Planning Center and notify the Music Director of conflicts. Follow the church's stage dress code. Continuously grow, accept coaching, and support others' growth.
