Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday (occasional overtime during event weeks), Pacific Standard Time
Pay Range: $30–35/hour
Software Required: Salesforce, C-Vent, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, onsite badge printing technology (Zebra printer preferred)

Job Description/Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on external-facing events and provide support for occasional internal events.
• Conduct research for event logistics, including venues, restaurants, swag, and more.
• Assist in event execution and travel for onsite support as required.
• Document event processes, develop templates, and contribute to organizational consistency for the events team.
• Take ownership of smaller events, including dinners or receptions, based on experience.
• Manage event registration preparation via C-Vent.
• Handle menu planning and orders with focus on dietary requirements and restrictions.
• Coordinate supply orders, inventory management, and swag research.
• Participate in frequent video calls to facilitate collaboration.
• Perform packing, shipping, and inventory tasks, with occasional physical labor (e.g., lifting boxes).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination, logistics, or relevant administrative support roles.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using event registration software (C-Vent experience preferred).
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
• Willingness to travel and provide onsite event support.
• Comfortable completing physical tasks as necessary for event setup.
