Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Shop Operator to join their team. As a Machine Shop Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a willingness to learn, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Shop CNC Operator

Location: St Charles, MO

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Second Shift

What's the Job?

• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout your shift.
• Review work order instructions to ensure precision and accuracy.
• Log in and out of the barcode system for each order.
• Operate manual machines as needed and inspect parts using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, and head gauges.

What's Needed?

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to train on and operate a variety of machines as needed.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Basic shop math skills.
• Preferred schooling with 1 year of machine shop experience.
