Review Advanced Directives and provide education to residents and family members as needed. Help provide a smooth admission and discharge process for residents and family members. Other duties as assigned by Director of SW or facility Administrator Qualifications Prior experience managing staff is preferred. Ability to work independently or part of a group. Computer knowledge. Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required. License Must have active Bachelors Degree for Social Work/LSW.
