What We Look For In a Tutor Strong communication and an engaging teaching style. Expertise in HESI and the ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Experience in tutoring/teaching and graduate-level education preferred. Compensation and Benefits Base contract rates start at $18/hour and can increase for specialized subjects; pay can reach up to $40/hour with same-student sessions. Get paid up to twice per week. Set your own hours; tutor remotely; no commuting. We handle logistics—you invoice for sessions and we process payments.
