HESI - Health Education Systems Incorporated Tutor Varsity Tutors, a Nerdy Company, is seeking tutors for the HESI role on the Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform. You can set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make an impact on students’ learning journeys—all from home. Responsibilities Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring for HESI concepts; customize lessons to individual student needs. Conduct sessions remotely using our Live Learning Platform; no commuting required. Invoice for tutoring sessions; Varsity Tutors handles payments and logistics. What We Look For Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style. Expertise in HESI and the ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Priority given to those with tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education. Compensation and Benefits Base contract rates start at $18/hour and increase for specialized subjects; you can earn up to $40/hour with the same student. Paid up to twice per week, ensuring timely compensation for sessions you conduct and invoice. Set your own hours; tutor remotely; no commuting required. AI-powered Tutor Copilot offers real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features to save prep time. We handle logistics—you just invoice for tutoring sessions and we process payments.
