Fabrication Specialist — CNC Bending, Laser/Turret OperationsReady to build complex products that matter?

• Do you turn a blueprint and GD&T callouts into a flawless bend sequence?
• Can you move confidently between a CNC press brake and CNC cutters (laser, router, turret punch)?
• Are you comfortable validating first‑piece quality and making smart adjustments on the fly?
• Do you enjoy partnering with engineers, quality pros, and production to improve outcomes?

What you’ll tackle

• Translate blueprints, CAD, and digital work instructions into precise sheet metal parts.
• Set up and operate CNC press brakes: select tooling, configure backgauges, program, and fine‑tune for accuracy.
• Run CNC cutting equipment to produce accurate cuts and hole features.
• Execute layout, bending, punching, forming, and notching to tight tolerances.
• Verify first‑piece results; perform in‑process inspections with calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
• Maintain machines, tooling, and a clean, safe work area; follow all safety protocols.
• Collaborate across engineering, quality, and production to resolve issues and enhance processes.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred.
• 3+ years of sheet metal fabrication with CNC press brake and CNC cutting equipment (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated expertise in press brake setup/operation and program adjustments.
• Experience on CNC routers, lasers, or turret punches.
• Blueprint fluency and GD&T interpretation.
• Hands‑on experience with aluminum, stainless steel, cold rolled steel, and more.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication principles, setups, and tooling.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and digital work instructions.
• Welding knowledge is a plus, though not the core responsibility of this position.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred.

Compensation & upside

Pay Range: $22-$33/hr depending on experience
