This role will contribute in assisting corporate communications with message development, writing, and editing. Reporting to stakeholders and the VP of Supply Chain. Handle executive communications, such as newsletters. Drive employee engagement, branding, and recognition programs. Develop and execute a communication plan for the rest of the year. Support global communication strategies to ensure alignment across time zones. Responsible for ensuring timely, creative and accurate dissemination of news, multimedia content and information. Create a variety of content for platforms, ensuring quality, accuracy and effective storytelling that aligns with corporate messaging. Track team recognition, ensuring robust forms of acknowledging employee achievements. Work closely with client's product corporate supply chain team to write and finalize monthly and annual newsletters. What you should bring to the table: Experience in business/supply chain. Strong written and storytelling abilities. Experience in creative and influential marketing plans for employee engagement. Superb verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling products or services. Basic knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred. 2-4 years related experience required.
