Responsibilities

As a cleaning technician you will be responsible for the following:

• Travel to assigned cleaning accounts on time and prepared.
• Clean each site according to account cleaning schedule including but not limited to:
  • Clean floors, windows, etc.
  • Empty trash and recyclables
  • Dust surfaces
  • Restock supplies and equipment
  • Work independently on site unless another Clean MD employee is assigned.
  • Obtain and maintain account keys, cleaning supplies, and equipment needed to clean each site.
  • Communicate with technicians and administrative staff.
  • Represent Clean MD positively in various settings inside and outside the organization.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable means of transportation
• Organizational skills and time management skills
• Recognition of importance of confidentiality regarding company and client information
• Must be willing to learn Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is not required. We will provide the training you need to succeed!
