Position Overview A & Associates is seeking a full-time, in-office Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team in Mobile, AL. This role is ideal for a licensed insurance professional who is driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping individuals and businesses protect their assets through strategic insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities - Provide expert consultation on property and casualty insurance options
- Generate and close leads through outbound efforts and inbound inquiries
- Prepare policy quotes, assist with applications, and process renewals
- Ensure all client interactions meet state compliance and carrier standards
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in agency systems
- Meet performance goals and contribute to team success
Required Qualifications - Active Alabama Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
- Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency with insurance platforms and quoting tools
- Must be available to work full-time in our Mobile, AL office
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of both personal and commercial insurance lines
- Familiarity with Alabama insurance carriers and underwriting processes
- Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) a plus but not required
